About the event
Roaming is the second dinner in our Rooted & Roaming Dinner Series—this time, we’re wandering a little farther afield.
For one night, a visiting Austin chef, James Zoller, joins us at The Charmadillo for a multi-course dinner inspired by international flavors, bringing his own influences, perspective, and sense of curiosity to the table.
Each course will be accompanied by a thoughtful non-alcoholic pairing designed alongside the menu. Prefer a little booze? BYOB is welcome, and we’ll share a curated list of recommended bottles available from our friends at Central Provisions in Center Point.
Come hungry, curious, and ready to gather around the table with new and familiar faces.
