Rooted is a celebration of what’s grown, raised, and made close to home. For this dinner, regenerative pork takes center stage, accompanied by seasonal ingredients sourced from local growers and makers throughout the Hill Country.
It’s an evening centered on good food, the people behind it, and a deeper connection to where our food comes from — enjoyed slowly, together, around one table.
